Payment Service Description

Stay Tuned Piano Services accepts payments via major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa Credit/Debit Cards
  • Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards
  • Wallet Balance (pre-funded)

Payment is required at the time of booking for services. For instrument rentals through our marketplace, payment is processed upon order confirmation.

Your payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Refund and Return Policy

Services:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the appointment may receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund or credit to your wallet.

Marketplace Payments:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Wallet Funds:

  • Unused wallet funds may be refunded upon request, subject to a processing fee.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

Service Delivery:

  • Piano tuning and maintenance services are delivered at the customer's location.
  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and customer preference.
  • Our technicians will arrive within the scheduled time window.
  • Service duration varies based on the type of service and instrument condition.

Marketplace Deliveries:

  • Instruments rented through our marketplace are delivered within Grenada.
  • Delivery times vary based on the item and location.
  • Large instruments (pianos, organs) require special delivery arrangements.
  • Delivery fees may apply and you will be notified beforehand.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries outside of Grenada, please contact us for special arrangements and pricing.
